All orders are processed by 12pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. This is also the cut-off for all Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select packages. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of being received. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.

If you would like to order from Tom Dooleys Mercantile without using a credit card, please send a check or money order, made out to The Kingston Trio, to the above address. Please include the name of the item(s) you are ordering, the item numbers(s), and the quantity. Don't forget to add shipping and handling charges, if applicable (see below).

If you would like to order using a credit card, but choose not to use the Internet, please call us at the number listed above. Messages are returned shortly if we are not in the office at the time of your call. Email messages are answered in less than 24 hours.

Overseas orders, please expect a flat rate of $8.00 to be added to the above shipping and handling charges. Overseas must pay their own duty tax.

We are happy to refund all returns, provided the items come back to us in the same condition as when they were shipped. If you receive a defective item, please email us at the address above and we will exchange the items immediately.

We're sorry that we cannot autograph items from our store other than those already listed, but if you come to one of our shows, we will be happy to autograph anything for you.
